I would like to trace the location of a yacht that I used to sail. Is there a register I can use to find it ?

I sailed this yacht out of Southampton some years ago and lost touch with the operators. I would like to locate it to make contact with it again. How can I locate it ?

UK vessels are registered either on Part 1 or Part 3 of the UK register – see:
